Prepared to be treated like scroungers trying to get something you're not entitled to if you go here.
The only time the receptionists want to talk or be nice to you is if you make a big voluntary contribution as soon as you go in.
Amounts of contributions are recorded on your computer records to see if you can give a little or a lot more. Attitude to you depends on the sliding scale of these amounts!
No more envelopes to put your contribution in - it is done in front of the whole of the waiting room - so if you are really, really hard up then be prepared to be looked down on - as the peasants we are deemed to be by them.
So many rules , paperwork and red tape - I thought the ownness of the PDSA was to help animals in need belonging to people on low (verified) incomes!
Obviously no more! Its been taken over by Computer Says...! and employees enjoying the power of being very condescending and loving finding any fault they can to be awkward!
